MADISON - The 7th Circuit Court of appeals has upheld Act 10, Wisconsin's Collective Bargaining Law.

While it was being debated and passed into law in 2010 and 2011, thousands of people protested at the Capitol. Act 10 stripped most collective bargaining rights from most state workers.

A state court has ruled to overturn key portions of the law. So, it's likely Act 10 will remain in the courts for sometime.
