Accused Killer James Donegan to Undergo Mental Evaluation

MILWAUKEE --- Accused killer James Donegan, 32, made his first court appearance in a wheelchair with one eye swollen shut.

The judge decided Donegan will undergo a mental health evaluation.

Donegan's accused of robbing and strangling Teresa Boone to death at Reservoir park last Sunday. Donegan's father, a circuit court judge, says his son suffers from mental health problems and was not taking his medication.

Donegan's family declined to explain his injuries.

The health report is expected September 24th.
