76-year-old woman pleads no contest in decades old murder

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- It's a case decades in the making. Now a 76-year-old woman entered a plea of no contest in murder of her infant daughter in 1957.

Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe Decceco said last week his office worked out an agreement with Ruby Klokow, but he did not elaborate on the details.

Klowkow was charged with second degree murder after her adult son came forward in 2008 with claims of childhood abuse.

Klowkow is due in court for sentencing April 15th. Decceco is recommending a 45 day sentence plus 10 years probation.
