MILWAUKEE -- A teenager accused of murdering a high school student will be in court Tuesday.

Police say 18-year-old Chasity Lewis shot and killed a Bradley Tech Student last month who police say was trying to rob her.

At the time she was allegedly selling pot on the street.

Police say Lewis drove away after shooting 18-year-old Roderrick Capeheart near 19th and Finn.

She'll be in court Tuesday on 2nd degree reckless homicide charges. If she's convicted, she could get up to 30 years in prison.

There should be some kind of Republican aid so people who can't afford the protection of a gun can get one, it's becoming a nessesity for all Wisconsinites to carry a concealed weapon. If you are going to be without one, then (like the Voter ID) you con't participate. I say FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS
