Harrell murder trial starts Monday

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A man accused of killing a gay rights activist goes on trial Monday.

Raymond Baker has been charged with the murder of Desiree Harrell.

She was found shot eight times in her car at 24th and Melvina.

Police say Baker told them he was angry with Harrell because she was sleeping with his wife.

Police say he told them Harrell was also harassing him.

He plead not guilty to a charge of first degree intentional homicide.
