PLEASANT PRARIE---A 16-year-old boy was wearing headphones when he walked onto train tracks and was hit by a northbound Amtrak train this morning.

It happened at about 7:05 a.m. in Pleasant Prarie.

The teen was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital. Amazingly, his injuries are non-life threatening.

An Amtrak spokesman tells CBS 58 that the train was traveling from Chicago to Milwaukee and services were delayed for about two hours while the accident was cleared.
