Local Man Arrested in McDonald's Drive Thru for OWI

A Sheboygan man was arrested in a McDonald’s drive thru after passing out and having a six pack of empty beer bottles.

Christopher McGee was arrested for his second operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to the McDonald’s on November 17 after saw McGee allegedly falling asleep at the wheel and incoherent in the drive thru.

According to the criminal complaint, McGee told police on the scene he had a couple of beers, but when officers searched the vehicle they found a six pack of beer with empty bottles and a can of beer a quarter full on the front seat.

In addition, there was an empty glass bottle of brandy.

McGee blew a .19 in the breathalyzer test.

In addition, it was determined that McGee’s driver license privileges had been revoked prior to the incident.
