WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A local chiropractor has been accused of sexually assaulting a patient during a massage.

West Allis Police confirm that the doctor has been arrested but CBS 58 News is not naming him or his practice until he is charged.

According to a search warrant, a 24-year-old patient says she was seeing the chiropractor for adjustments over the past few months. Roughly two weeks ago, as their sessions were coming to an end, he allegedly offered her a complimentary massage.

From the moment she walked into the appointment, she said something seemed off and that he was alone in the office and the lights were dimmed.

The patient says the chiropractor asked if she wanted a classic or exotic massage. As the chiropractor was massaging her legs, the patient says he tried to pull down her underwear but she stopped him. The massage continued and she told police he later put his mouth on her breasts.

The patient allegedly told the doctor to get off of her but he didn't right away, and at one point he was standing in front of the exit.

The chiropractor then allegedly asked the woman to continue the massage and she said no. The woman told police he said," I thought we were on the same page and this was going to be an "erotic" massage."

As she was leaving, she says he apologized and asked her not to crucify him.

According to the search warrant, the woman underwent a sexual assault exam. The case is now in the hands of the Milwaukee County District Attorney.
