Kick It up A Notch with Kickboxing
It's the new year...time for lots of resolutions and gym memberships. Our Michael Schlesinger went to "9 Round 30 Minute Kickbox Fitness" in Milwaukee to try his hands (and feet) at this sport.
It's intense and fast with nine different workout stations within a half hour. Michael had the help of a former marine as his trainer.
While you're kickboxing you can keep track of how fast you're working out with individual heart monitors. The results are posted on a large screen TV. And if you workout effectively, you could even win a six-month membership to the gym. Click on the attached link for more.
