Kenosha PD responds to multiple incidents Saturday morning

The Kenosha Police Department was busy early Saturday morning, responding to a stabbing, armed robbery and report of shots fired resulting in a confrontation with a suspect.

Just after 2 AM, Kenosha Police received a call for a domestic  disturbance at 60th Place and 38th Avenue.  Two adult males were fighting.  It turns out that the two were brothers.   According to the Kenosha Police, a  28-year old man was stabbed in the  arms. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his wounds.  He is  reported in stable condition.   The 31-year-old brother of the first man was taken into custody and is facing felony charges related to the incident.

Around 2:35 AM the Kenosha Police received a report of two masked individuals entering a single family residence near 89th Street and 43rd Avenue.   The occupants of the residence were awakened by the intruders.  One of the occupants was struck by suspects who were reportedly armed  but there is no report of any injuries.   The suspects then fled the scene.  It appears that nothing was taken during burglary.  Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.

Just after 5 AM the Kenosha Police   received a report of shots fired in the area of 35th Avenue and 50th Street.   Officers investigated and could find no evidence of any shots fired.   During the investigation they saw a 31-year-old male running away from the scene.   They pursued the  man and after a scuffle with the officers the man was placed under arrest.   No one was injured during the  scuffle.   The suspect is facing charges of possession of marijuana, possessing a weapon by a felon, resisting an officer, and battery to an officer.
