Kenosha County man arrested for 10th OWI

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – A Kenosha County man is arrested for what would be his 10^th drunk driving offense.

The Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old William Hess was arrested after someone spotted him driving recklessly on Wilmot Road near Highway MB on October 20. The witness called 911 and followed Hess’ Dodge Dakota updating deputies on his location.

Hess was eventually arrested at his home.
