Kaminsky, Dekker, Hayes shine in NCAA Tournament opening win

Frank Kaminsky is clearly focused on finishing his Badgers career with one more tournament title.

Kaminsky's 27 points, 12 rebounds and four assists were all team highs in Wisconsin's tournament opening 86-72 win over Coastal Carolina Friday night in Omaha.

Sam Dekker added 20 points, Nigel Hayes 15 as Wisconsin hit eight three pointers in the first half to establish a comfortable lead. Since losing in the opening round in 2013, the Badgers are 5-1 in NCAA Tournament games.

Wisconsin advances to the round of 32 teams where they'll play Oregon Sunday in Omaha. These same two teams matched up in the same round of the Tournament last year in Milwaukee. With a win Sunday, the Badgers move on to Los Angeles and the Sweet Sixteen, where they'll face either Arkansas or North Carolina.
