Madison, WIS. (CBS 58) -- The fate of Joseph Jakubowski is in the hands of a jury.
The Federal Case against the Janesville man accused of breaking into a Rock County gun shop and stealing 18 guns back in April began today.
The Prosecution called 10 witnesses to the stand ranging from deputies to the owner of the gun shop.
The Court was shown pictures and videos of the break-in.
The jury will reconvene Tuesday morning to deliberate.
Jakubowski faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted.
