Janis receives notes from third grade teacher, reminisces about time as student

(CBS 58) – It’s great to see kids do great in school, but Packers receiver Jeff Janis is reminding us that not all students have it all together.

He’s talking about himself in third grade.

Janis says he received some old notes from his teacher reminding him about the kind of student he was.

In the teacher’s words:

“Jeff takes a lot of our class time making unrelated comments, asking questions already answered or with his disruptions.”

She spells out a number of examples like wiggling the window shades during a lesson and saying he can’t really see the flag during Pledge of Allegiance.

Janis says parents shouldn’t worry if their child is like him, that there’s still hope.
