Opening weekend is here for Slinger Speedway
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--You might want to free up some time this week for the annual "Taste & Toast" in downtown Milwaukee. It's five nights of what's being called "bottles and bites" as 30 bars and restaurants are featured. Many consider this to be a prelude to "Downtown Dining Week" happening in early June. This time around look for a big savings on food and beverages, up to 25% in some cases, on Happy Hour eats and drinks.
During "Taste & Toast," you could also qualify to win $375 in downtown dining gift cards just by submitting a survey on your experiences. Click here to see the list of bars and restaurants involved and some of the special menus as well.
