Former Dean of Students at Hope Christian School Facing 40 Years

The former dean of students at Hope Christian Schools faces up to 40-years in prison after being convicted of child sex crimes this morning.
Jermaine Evans pleaded guilty to one count of sexual degree sexual assault of a child.
The second count was dropped.
Prosecutors say Evans had sex with a female student numerous times since she was 11 or 12 years old. He was fired from his job at the school in mid-April. Evans will be sentenced next month.
