Fight at local rodeo, owner says the crowd reacted to police

The owner of Homerun Heaven says people started fighting with police because they felt too much force was used. Israel Vargas, the owner says they called police to detain a rowdy fan and once officers tazed someone a fight with police and the crowd broke out.

Racine sheriffs department says they arrested at least four people for battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

The sheriffs department says they were trying to help security guards who were being beaten up by the crowd when they arrived.

The Racine Sheriff is holding a press conference to address those concerns.
