Doctors: Zachary Hays Needs More Time Being Evaluated

A doctor says more time is needed to evaluate a man accused of killing a woman on her way home from a family vacation. 

Police said in May Zachary Hays opened fire on the interstate striking Tracy Czaczkowski in the neck. He's also accused of killing his downstairs neighbor. The doctor's report should be done by his next court appearance in about two weeks.
