Davante Adams ruled out for Saturday's Packers-Vikings game

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Adams suffered a concussion in a blind side hit against the Carolina Panthers last weekend.

Several players have been limited this week in practice, but Coach Mike McCarthy says there’s still a lot worth playing for this season.

“Whether it’s 2010 or 2015, it is no different this year. I think it’s important, especially these next two weeks, improve comes through evaluation, application and the hardest part is continuation,” he said.

The Packers streak of eight consecutive trips to the playoffs came to an end in last weekend’s loss.
