Cudahy man arrested for disorderly conduct, OWI after being hit by another driver

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man is arrested for driving while intoxicated after police say he was hit by another driver. 

According to investigators, a 27-year-old Cudahy man was driving without his lights on and was hit by an 18-year-old St. Francis man who didn't see him in the area of S. Ahmedi Avenue and East Elizabeth Avenue around 10:10 p.m. Tuesday night. 

Police say the Cudahy man got out of his vehicle, threatened the younger driver and chased him on foot. The Cudahy man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing injury, and possession of narcotics. 

The man was then taken to the Milwaukee County Jail.
