Construction for Foxconn site to start next month

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. -- The first phase of construction for the new Foxconn site is expected to start next month.
The Racine Water Works Commission is recommending two contractors for building mains in Mount Pleasant. One is planned along the Interstate 94 Frontage Road between Highways 20 and 11. The other is expected to be built along the highway from the Renaissance water tower to Highway KR.
Construction is scheduled to wrap up in April.
