Community shows support for Guyton family at funeral

MILWAUKEE -- Many on Milwaukee's north side is in mourning after the loss of 10-year-old Sierra Guyton. She was child shot in the head by a stray bullet on a Milwaukee playground. She survived for more than a month before succumbing to her injuries.

Several people turned out for Sierra's funeral at Tabernacle Community Baptist Church. Sierra's parents were surrounded by several children and adults wearing shirts and buttons in memory of Sierra. Some in attendance didn't even know Sierra, but felt the need to come pay their respects.

The 10-year-old shooting victim was laid to rest at Pinelawn Cemetery.
