Children’s Mental Health Care, Holiday Parade & The Salvation Army

The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread identified four main challenges when addressing children's mental health care in Racine County. Now it's come up with nine recommendations to address the problems. 

CBS 58's Jessica Tighe talks with a variety of community members from the school system to the health care system about the issues, the solutions and the goal—healthy kids.
