Berry Picking Season is Here

Strawberry fields all across the area are ripe for the pickin'. CBS 58's Michael Schlesinger visited Jelli's Market near Johnson Creek during Thursday's morning show to learn the art of picking and enjoying this succulent summer fruit.
There are 14 acres of strawberries here for the public to peruse and pick. And when it comes to picking, the owner says it's all about the art of careful handling.
Jelli's Market is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Strawberry season is starting to wind down but not for raspberries. And then in July it's time for sweet corn and blueberries.
