Bearded man keeps promise to shave for grandmother's 100th birthday

WDJT -- Scott Cleveland had a beard on his face for four years, and his grandmother disliked his beard all four years.
Two years ago, Scott promised his grandmother he'd shave his beard for her on her 100th birthday.
