Basketball thrown at car ends with man getting punched by juveniles

A 29 year-old man was punched in the head and face after an altercation with juveniles following a basketball being thrown at his vehicle in West Allis on August 4.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., West Allis Police Department officers responded to a trouble call at 8301 W. Greenfield Ave.
Initial investigation revealed a group of juvenile threw a basketball at the vehicle.
The 29 year-old male driver exited the vehicle and confronted the juveniles.
An altercation occurred and the male victim was punched in the head and face, suffering apparent minor injuries.
The juveniles then fled the scene. A suspect has been identified but not yet taken into custody. An attempt carjacking did not occur.
