All Our Irish Eyes Will Be Smilin' This Weekend for Irish Fest

The world's so-called largest Irish festival finds a temporary home along Milwaukee's lakefront this weekend.  For 36 years, people have flocked to the Summerfest grounds to engage in great Celtic culture.  And this year is no exception.  120 thousand folks are expected, making this the area's largest ethnic festival as well.

And while you'll find lots of standards, there are some additions. Like new Jameson drinks.  Plus you can hear one of the hottest new acts on the Celtgrass music scene called "JigJam." Celtgrass, by the way, is a mixture of Bluegrass and Celtic sounds.

The Trinity Irish Dancers are back after a 20 year absence to perform one time, Saturday evening at 8:30.  For times and ticket prices, click on the attached link.
