Our most popular class! A hands-on chopping session where you learn how to mince, slice and dice vegetables and herbs. Knife care, sharpening and honing, and selection and manufacturing are also covered.
Proper knife use is extremely important, whether in a professional kitchen or at home. It will help prevent injury, keep your knife in better shape, and even help your recipes turn out better. Come join us for a focused course in basic cuts, proper knife care, storage, sharpening, and much more! We will be preparing snacks while “honing” our skills with the blade!
