Adidas offers to help schools that want to change Native American mascots

Adidas is helping high schools change mascots logos considered offensive to Native Americans. The sports apparel company announced on Thursday that it will offer design resources and financial assistance to any school that wants to make the change. Around 2,000 high schools across the U.S. have Native American mascots. There has been a growing trend to change the names from logos that Native Americans would consider insulting.
