34 Wisconsin Counties Finish Counting Ballots

34 Wisconsin counties have finished counting ballots for the presidential recount.

So far both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have added votes to their total.

At last check, Clinton had gained 82 votes on Trump.

The elections commission said most vote changes are due to human error.

The commission also said all counties are on track to finish the recount by the December 12 deadline.
