16-Year-Old Name Released in Saturday's Deadly Crash

UPDATE: The victim in the January 23 fatal crash at N. Port Washington Road and W. Capitol Drive is identified as DeAnthony D. Parks. Milwaukee Police continue to seek the driver of the stolen car.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal vehicle crash that happened on Saturday, January 23 around 10:45 AM in the 4000 block of North Port Washington Road.

A stolen Toyota Camry traveling northbound, struck an Oldsmobile Alero that was traveling west on West Capitol Drive. The collision caused the Toyota Camry to strike a nearby house and come to rest on its roof.

Several suspects in the Camry fled on foot and one occupant was ejected from the vehicle and died on the scene. No one in the house or the Oldsmobile were injured.

The deceased is a 16-year-old Milwaukee male. It appears that speed was a factor in the crash.

The investigation into this incident is on going and Milwaukee police are working to determine the identities of the other occupants of the Toyota Camry.
