15-Year-old accused of robbing and killing Racine man

RACINE -- Racine police arrested a 15-year-old boy for his alleged role in the homicide of 19-year-old Semar McClain on July 29.
McClain was found dead on July 29 by Racine police on the 1300 block of Blake Ave. around 7:00 p.m. Police believe McClain was shot and killed by Canady.
The 15-year-ols suspect is being held at the Racine County Jail and is being charged as an adult.
