14-Year-Old from Milwaukee Steals Uncle's Car and Fatally Crashed It

A 14-year-old Milwaukee teenager allegedly stole his uncle's car in Oshkosh and fatally crashed it in an IHOP restaurant's parking lot in Grand Chute, Wisconsin.

According to Grand Chute Police Department, the incident occurred on Sunday night.

A vehicle was spotted in Neenah driving recklessly.

A Grand Chute Police Officer observed the vehicle traveling southbound on I-41. 

The officer observed the vehicle deviate from its lane of traffic and attempted to initiate a traffic stop on I-41 and Northland Avenue. 

The vehicle's speed was estimated at over 100 mph. 

The suspect continued southbound and exited the highway. He then crashed into a light pole in a parking lot at IHOP.

According to police, the vehicle had not been entered as stolen when officers attempted to stop the vehicle.
