14 and 15-year-old arrested after stealing car in Whitefish Bay from homeowner moving cars around in garage

WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Whitefish Bay Police are telling the public to be cautious when warming up cars after a recent incident. 

During the morning on sunny Saturday, January 27 around 10:45 a.m. two suspects demanded keys to a car from a homeowner who was moving cars around in a garage.

The suspects did not show weapons.

Both suspects left in the stolen car before being spotted by Glendale Police who chased the car until the suspects got out and fled on foot.

Two boys aged 14 and 15 were arrested and taken to Milwaukee County Children’s Center.
