New numbers out this week show the housing market in Wisconsin is gaining strength.
According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, sales of existing homes were up nearly 16% in September compared to the same time last year.
Home sales have been consistently growing for the past couple of years.
In the Milwaukee and Waukesha areas, new numbers show foreclosure rates are falling and are lower than the national average.
