MILWAUKEE -- A breaking news update out of the Sherman Park neighborhood.   Police say a 34-year-old man was killed when another vehicle struck his car at the intersection of 50th and Center Street around midnight.  Police say three people who were in the vehicle that caused the crash were fleeing police when they slammed into a car.  Police say two of the three suspects have been apprehended and are currently on probation.  A third suspect remains at large right now.  The driver of the police squad who gave chase has been placed on administrative duty pending an investigation.  A 23-year-old passenger in the victim's car is hospitalized this morning.

The Business Journal reports that the Hard Rock Cafe has signed on as the developer and manager of a newly proposed casino in Kenosha County, which would be owned by the Menomonee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.  Currently, the casino does not yet have the final approval from Governor Scott Walker.

A Greenfield Police officer is set to appear in court today for a preliminary hearing for his alleged attack against a woman.  Prosecutors say it happened at the Greenfield Police station back in July.  Officer Thomas Roszak allegedly lifted the female suspect, who'd been picked up for drunk driving, and threw her into a holding cell where she bounced off a metal stool.  He faces more than three years in prison if convicted.
