Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
8oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
8 jalapenos cut in half, seeds and rib removed
16 pieces of thinly sliced bacon
Combine cheeses, lime juice, cilantrol and paprika with a spoon.
Fill jalapenos with the cheese filling. Wrap with bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bacon reaches desired doneness.

Wisconsin Pigs in a Blanket
4 brats boiled in beer
2 slices cheddar cheese, julienned
8 pieces crescent roll dough, triangle shaped
4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 cups pretzels, crushed
Cut a slit into the precooked brats and stuff the cheese into the slit.
Arrange two pieces of dough to form a rectange. Press dough together at the seam; roll out slightly with a rolling pin. Spread half of the mustard onto the dough. Roll up the brat in the dough and brush with remaining mustard. Roll brat in the pretzels until well coated.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until dough is browned and fully cooked.
