Position: Topical News Writer/Producer
Description: CBS-58 seeks an outstanding promotion writer/producer with a passion for news and news promotion. Will be responsible for writing, producing and editing daily newscast topical promotion, news series promos and news image promos. Must be self-motivated, have excellent writing, organization and production skills and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume department. 2-3 years’ experience in broadcast television promotion and hands on non-linear editing required. Hours for this full-time position are Saturday through Wednesday, 1:30pm – 10pm. Position: Multi-Media Journalist

Internships Summer 2012
We are pleased to offer students the opportunity to apply for our Internship Program at our station. Located in Milwaukee, we offer a variety of internship programs in several areas within broadcasting. Internships require a commitment of 15 hours per week for an entire semester during the regular school year. There is no pay associated with the internship and to qualify the student must be able to receive college credit for the experience.
