Video has business owners concerned
CBS 58 has obtained a 12 minute videotape that shows fights, cars blocking the street, and a wild scene outside a local nightclub.

It was recorded near 5th and National.

As CBS 58's Mike Strehlow reports, the tape is causing a battle among business owners.
