A man accused of dressing up like a woman to rob a local bank has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.

Prosecutors say 35-year old Johnny Bibbins was already on parole for two other robberies when he robbed the M&I Bank at 84th St. and Silver Spring Dr. in October.

Bibbins later told police he got the idea from watching CSI Miami.
