Mother of soldier falls victim to thieves
stolen flags is more than just property crime to victims
RACINE-Residents are taking the theft of several American flags from their yards very personally.
One of the victims, Lisa Bixler tells CBS 58 that, "I hope some day they will understand the importance and significance of what the American flag stands for."
Bixler's son died in Iraq.
The other residents who had their flags stolen have loved ones overseas right now.
