Deputies make sure kids stay safe on halloween
Sheriff's deputies hit the streets of Milwaukee on Saturday to make sure sex offenders stayed away from trick-or-treaters.

Sex offenders sign a contract agreeing not to have any halloween decorations inside or outside the home, keep their porch lights off and don't hand out any candy.

In all two people were arrested for violations. CBS 58's Eric Rucker has more.
