MILWAUKEE--A Milwaukee family is forced to endure a real life Halloween horror as they cope with the death of a loved one who was gunned down Saturday afternoon.

 

A 21-year-old man was shot in the chest in broad daylight near 44th and Clarke Streets at around 2 p.m.

 

Milwaukee Police told CBS-58 that investigators do not believe this is a random act, and that it's likely the suspect and the victim knew each other.
