School bus driver allegations
Fond du Lac bus driver faces abuse charges
FOND DU LAC - A school bus driver is arrested, accused of sexually assaulting a child and exposing himself to another. The 57-year-old man, who worked for Johnson School Bus Service, was taken into custody Tuesday, but has not yet been charged. The manager of the company says the driver has been working there since 2005 and passed yearly background checks. There have never been any prior complaints. According to the Fond Du Lac Reporter, the investigation into the driver started when an elementary school girl told her parents she saw the driver's genitals. Police reportedly got another call from the Department of Social Services with claims another child was repeatedly sexually assaulted by the man. Again, criminal charges have not been filed yet in the case, but the driver has been suspended from the bus company. CBS 58's Kelli Watson reports.
