UPDATE: Both suspect & victim face charges
BROOKFIELD-Police now say both the suspect and vicitm will be charged for Wednesday's road rage hit and run crash.
A 45 year old Theresa Wisconsin man was apprehended hours after police say he used his small smart car to run a S-U-V off the road.
The crash happened around 1:00 Wednesday afternoon on Pilgrim Rd. and involved a man in an suv and another man in a convertible smart car.
The 45-year old man in the suv was thrown from the vehicle. He is expected to make a full recovery and according to investigators faces charges for his role in the road rage incident.
A citizen spotted the suspect vehicle at a Germantown Walmart and called police.
