MILWAUKEE - One of two men arrested in a deadly home invasion is now charged with felony murder. Police say 24-year-old Darryl Goates-Sanders and another suspect entered a west side home near 30th and St. Paul on February 28th, wearing ski masks. The homeowner, 59-year-old Thomas Viljevac, was described as a good samaritan, who took in strangers and kept a lot of money in his home. Goates-Sanders reportedly told police that when Viljevac refused to hand over the cash to them, his partner shot him twice. The suspected shooter is also in police custody on unrelated charges.
