WHITEFISH BAY - A series of burglaries in Whitefish Bay has residents on edge. The suspects have broken into several homes over the last few weeks and helped themselves to big tickets items, including big screen TVs and jewelry. Whitefish Bay police say the most recent burglary occurred last week in the middle of the day at a home near Berkeley and Hampton. The suspects forced their way in and stole several computers. The rash of break-ins has been going on for six weeks now. Police aren't confirming whether the break-ins are connected, but they say there are similarities in the cases.
