Murder charges have been filed against two Milwaukee men in connection with a shooting last week.

18-year old Michael Moore and 21-year old Demetrius Thompson are accused of trying to rob 21-year old Donte Dyson near 21st and Concordia last Wednesday night.

According to a criminal complaint, Moore fired a shot at Dyson as he was trying to run away.  He was not hit, but later tripped and fell down.  That's when Thompson allegedly shot him.

Both suspects are charged with homicide and attempted robbery.
