Left kids so he could go drinking

MILWAUKEE - A man is accused of leaving his 4 year old and 9 month old home alone early Sunday Morning so he could hit the bars in Wauwatosa.

Police say Victor De La Huerta-Perez was pulled over after driving through a flashing red light on 70th and State St. early Sunday.

He was arrested for drunk driving and while in custody he told police about the 2 children he left in his unlocked home.
