special event for SHARP

MILWAUKEE-When Donald Driver retired from football he said would continue his charity work.

On Monday, he kept that promise for the children of Milwaukee.

He signed copies of his children's books to raise money for the "SHARP" literacy program which serves thousands of at risk elementary school students.

The Green Bay Packers all time leading receiver gave the keynote address at a luncheon at the Pfister Hotel.

His series of boys about a boy named "Quickie" are based on his own struggles to overcome adversity early in life.
